At Wetherby Electric Gates Automation Ltd, we are proud to provide emergency call-outs to both our own clients and third-parties.
Maintenance & Call-Outs to Our Own Installations
We offer our clients with new or fully refurbished automated electric gate systems a premium level of service – this is our commitment to the quality and high standard of all our installations. In case of emergency ‘call-outs,’ we aim to attend site within 48hrs of first contact within normal working hours (8 am to 4 pm from Monday to Friday). Out of normal working hours, all emergency call-outs are on a purely discretionary basis and by prior arrangement.
Call-outs to warranted, annually-serviced automated electric gate systems, in the Wetherby, Harrogate, York, Leeds and Ripon areas will only be charged in certain circumstances. This being where equipment has failed due to third-party neglect. We will inform you if chargeable events become apparent and notify you as to why this is the case.

This listed Victorian property has just undergone a very thoughtful renovation in central Harrogate. Our Client required the careful inclusion of subtle design elements to both enhance the buildings aesthetics but also comply with listed building compliance. Access control and security were also raised as important considerations.
Our excellent fabrication partners ‘Marlyn Metalcraft Limited’ designed and delivered the ironworks. ‘Fulfords Construction Limited’ undertook all driveway & civil remodelling. We automated and handed over within four months of initial deposit.
